The richest most nutrient dense soils known to man is not formed by man nor is it formed by the use of chemical inputs. It is made in natures lab, formed by animals moving across the earth eating, fertilizing, trampling, and moving on, laying dormant until the grass and weeds are fully recovered and ready for chickens once again.
We raise our chickens with that in mind, each day our chickens who live in a 10×10 tractor are moved to a new patch of grass (or salad bar as I’ve heard it said) and are supplemented with the best feeds available to ensure the best taste possible.
We typically process every other week, and are always available for tours, we believe in transparency and knowing where your food is from and how it was raised is important to us.
